Refund and Returns Policy
Return & Exchange Policy
- Every order that we deliver, we make sure to check and pack the item properly before dispatch.
- However, In case if the item is different than what was ordered or it is damaged, we offer Full Refund and Exchange for such items.
- Return Procedure for such items – customer’s responsibility to get them delivered to Taj Mehal Handicrafts for exchange or refund.
- Refunds are made once the item is received by Taj Mehal Handicrafts.
- Refunds and Exchanges are only available within 5 Days of receiving the order.
- For international orders – No return or exchange Policy for foreign order.
- For returns, customer will be responsible for return charges of goods – Refund is issues once all the items are received.
- Taj Mehal Handicrafts will not accept exchanges for any item that has been washed, dried, damaged, or stained in any way. This includes items that have been damaged or shrunk in a dryer. Taj Mehal Handicrafts is not responsible for bleeding, damage to print, or fading of colors due to washing.
- Items offered in our Sale and Discount sections will NOT be entertained for exchange or return.
- Product add-ons (matching trousers/dupatta) are not eligible for exchange.
